Von Brunswick! No Use Trying (naysayers vs. soothsayers)

Von Brunswick! No Use Trying (naysayers vs. soothsayers)

When you’re stuck real low in a rotten, good-fer-nothin dungeon and the only company you have is a locked up pessimistic regent on the other side of a thick brick wall, and you’ve just recently met the girl of your dreams (whose name you don’t know) just after surviving a shipwreck  that drowned the pirates who had held you captive after you were chased into the sea by assasins for making treasonous comments about the evil brother of the man in the cell next to yours… then it is pretty certain that you’ll pull yourself up by your bootstraps and start at least trying to dig your way out. This is the second of three joined songs about the nature of effort and intention through strife and naysayery.

In this I play accordian, drums, a spoon on a brick wall and guitar at the end.
